Our Mission

Our office thrives on providing not only quality service for our patients, but we are unique in that we only provide treatment that is necessary. We treat each patient as if they were one of our family members.

Appointments

In order to ensure quality orthodontic care, it is imperative that our parents and patients understand the manner in which we schedule our appointments. We value your time, both as a parent and a patient and make every effort to stay on or ahead of schedule. Most parents work and all children attend school. Since the vast majority of our patients are of school age, it is unavoidable that some school be missed.

We will try to work around certain classes that are very important or ones in which your child may be having problems. School excuses are provided for each appointment and it is important for the patient to turn these in.

Emergencies: Pain, swelling or bleeding. These patients will be seen as soon as possible and appropriate care given or referred to another specialist for treatment. This usually involves trauma to the face or mouth due to an accident.

Repairs: Loose bands or brackets, broken archwires or ties, lost/broken appliances or retainers. These appointments are scheduled as soon as possible and may be necessary to interrupt school or work.

If you must cancel an appointment please do so as soon as possible. Another appointment will be scheduled but may require waiting 4-6 weeks since this is our normal rotation. An appointment during school hours may be arranged sooner.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
